Website estimates are indicative. Final system capacity, savings, generation, subsidy and commissioning timelines depend on site survey, utility approvals, equipment, tariffs and signed commercial documents.
Solar Credits
Credits are promotional programme units, not bank deposits, cash balances or transferable currency. Eligibility, value, expiry and permitted uses are governed by the applicable Sunface programme. The default technical configuration is one point equal to ₹1 of eligible bill value.
Bill-payment requests
Submitting a request reserves the selected points. A Razorpay payment represents only the cash shortfall collected by Sunface. A bill is complete only after the authorised MSEDCL/BBPS channel confirms settlement and a provider reference is recorded.
Customer responsibility
You must provide the correct consumer number, billing unit, bill amount and contact details. Sunface is not responsible for delay or misposting caused by inaccurate customer data.
