We collect the details you submit, including contact information, account credentials in securely hashed form, MSEDCL consumer information, bill amounts, Solar Credit entries, payment references and support enquiries.
How it is used
Information is used to provide solar services, administer Solar Credits, process and reconcile bill-payment requests, prevent fraud, communicate request status and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Payment information
Card, bank and UPI credentials are handled by the configured payment gateway and are not stored by this website. We store transaction identifiers and status information needed for reconciliation.
Sharing and retention
Data may be shared with contracted payment, BBPS/Bharat Connect, hosting, communication and compliance providers only for service delivery. Retention periods should be finalised with Sunface legal and accounting advisers before launch.
Your choices
Contact support@sunfacesolar.in to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Statutory records may need to be retained.
Launch note: This template must be reviewed by the company’s legal adviser and updated with the final provider list, grievance contact and retention schedule.
